Utah Consumer Outreach Program

The mission of the Utah Consumer Outreach Program (UCOP) is to provide feedback to the Behavioral Health Planning Counsel, who provides data and makes recommendations to the Division.

The Division of Substance Abuse and Mental Health employs a Program Manager of Consumer Affairs who provides technical support in meeting the goals of the UCOP.

Mental Health Recovery Support Groups

NAMI Connection: Weekly Support Group by the National Alliance on Mental Illness created for people living with mental illness. Participants of the group will learn from each other's experiences, share coping strategies, and offer each other encouragement and understanding.
