The management team of Brian Smith and David McCaffery have tendered their resignation this week.  They have agreed to remain in charge of the team for the remainder of this season while the club look for their successors.

The Vics Draw was won this week by Wullie Loach who receives £75.

The club is holding a fundraising Race Night & Disco on Saturday 2nd March 2013 at the Fullarton Community Centre.  It commences at 7pm, running through to midnight with the first race being screened at 7.30pm.  Tickets are now available at only £5.  Please contact any committee member to purchase a ticket.

On the night a race card will be produced with eight races.  If you, or somebody you know, would be interested in sponsoring a race then please speak to any committe member.  You get to name the race, advertise your company details and you will receive two complementary tickets for the event.

WIN A BOTTLE OF SPIRITS!

Here is you opportunity to have the change of winning a bottle of spirits for only £2.  On the night a race card will be produced.  It will have eight races each containing eight horses numbered between 1 and 8.

When you pay your £2 you enter your name, contact details and the name of your horse on a Horse Sponsorship sheet.  Your horse will be placed against a horse number in one of the eight races.  If your horse is assigned to horse number 4 in race 8 and horse number 4 wins race 8 then you win a bottle of spirits!

All prizes will be distributed after the event.

The club is holding a fundraising Psychic Night with Sally Buxton on Thursday 14th March 2013 in the Winton Bowling Club, Irvine at 7pm for a 7.30pm start.

Grant Valentine has been released by the club at his own request.

The squad has been strengthened with the signing of Allan McIlroy and Chris Lacey.

Allan McIlroy, who left the club at the start of the season for Dreghorn AFC, has returned to the club.  Chris is a striker who joins the club from Darvel.
