New patch 1.3 for blue lights bug

Have managed to do a fix for the problem with the blue lights during boat scene 3.

After this patch is applied the game will skip onto scene 4 after 3 waves as though you had killed the sorcerers.

This fix works on the original, D2D and the Steam version as the file it patches is the same in all versions.

Let me know if you have any problems.
