Umm this is odd (lost my ammy and I don't think I died)

so i was playing on my friends account and i was at a cube then septer killed it Laughing out loud then I pressed my hot key to got back to the nexus and my ammy was gone and i had like 100 hp left, and when you break an ammy arent you going to have full hp and mp? and i looked back and i did not find anywere were it said i broak an ammy.this picture was taken later
