Steam Machines: Valve posts official brochure online

Valve has posted an official Steam Machines brochure online, giving insight into the rigs, pricing, manufacturers and more.

It follows our in-depth report on Valve’s Steam Machines CES 2014 showcase, during which the company confirmed
that some 250 games were SteamOS-ready.

You’ll find the Steam Machines brochure through the link. Be warned though, it’s being hammered right now so it may take time to load.

What do you make of the Steam Machines roster so far? Let us know below.

These things go up beyond $2500. Holy cow. May as well just hire a specialist to build a top-end rig.

FALCON NORTHWEST – TIKI -> $1,799 – $6000

I’m laughing my ass off at these prices, and ValvE wants to compete in console market!??!

Its a joke…its a PC with the code word Steam? Prices are ridicules. Might as well build your own PC and save money and get more power. The guy’s on drugs.

The Cyberpower and iBuyPower machines are both more powerful than the PS4 and matching the Xbone’s price.
