'Total Divas' Delivers Most-Watched Episode This Season; 'Eric & Jessie: Game On' Scores Big in its Season 2 Premiere

E!’s “TOTAL DIVAS” CONTINUES ITS Smackdown IN SEASON TWO WITH SECOND MOST-WATCHED EPISODE IN ITS HISTORY AND STRONGEST TELECAST THIS SEASON

 

“ERIC & JESSIE: GAME ON” SCORES BIG IN ITS SEASON TWO PREMIERE 

 

 

Los Angeles, CA, March 31, 2014 – E’s hit series “Total Divas” continues its momentum in season two (Sundays 9-10pm).  On March 30th, the show scored its second most-watched episode in its history and strongest telecast this season-to-date with 1.55 million total viewers, 616,000 women 18-49 and 416,000 women 18-34.  The telecast was also the most-watched episode in total viewers since August 11th 2013 (1.55 million) and the best since September 1st 2013 in adults 18-49 (984,000), women 18-49 (616,000) and women 18-34 (416,000).  Versus its first two telecasts earlier this season, the show is up a strong +29% in adults 18-49 delivering almost one million viewers in the demo (984,000 vs. 764,000 average).  On Twitter across Sunday, “Total Divas” was ad-supported cable’s #2 most tweeted reality show.  Digitally, the show delivered 151,000 weekly uniques, up +16% from its season two premiere week.  Across linear television, digital and social, the hit is currently E!’s second-strongest series franchise after “Keeping Up with the Kardashians.”

 

“Eric & Jessie: Game On” (10-10:30pm) returned on Sunday March 30th with its season two premiere.  The telecast built over its season one finale on November 3rd 2013 across all demos including adults 18-49 (+15%, 674,000 vs. 586,000) and women 18-49 (+6%, 510,000 vs. 482,000).  Moreover, the premiere outperformed its season one debut back on September 29th 2013 across-the-board with double-digit gains in adults 18-49 (+14%, 674,000 vs. 593,000) and women 18-49 (+14%, 510,000 vs. 447,000) powered by core young women (W18-34: +25%, 388,000 vs. 310,000).  On Sunday, “Eric & Jessie: Game On” was ad-supported cable’s #3 most talked about reality program on Twitter behind “Total Divas.”
