Australian Netball League
The Australian Netball League (ANL) is Netball Australia’s national opens state representative competition and the number one platform for athlete selection into the ANZ Championship. Following the introduction of the ANZ Championship in 2008, Netball Australia created the ANL as its the primary link in the development pathway. The ANL involves teams from every state and territory in Australia in a program that runs for eight weeks including a finals series. Each competing team hosts one home round per season. The 2014 ANL Draw can be found by clicking here Queensland’s representative in the ANL Competition is the Queensland Fusion.
Queensland will be hosting their home round of the ANL Competition at Ormiston College on Friday the 25th, Saturday 26th & Sunday 27th of July. The Fusion will play against the NSW Waratahs at 7:00pm on the 25th, Western Australia Sting at 4:30pm on the 26th and the Northern Territory Storm on the 27th at 10:00am. Other games on during the weekend are the Storm v Waratahs at 6:30pm on the 26th and Waratahs v Sting on the 27th at 12:00pm.
