Established in June 1996, Shanghai Join Buy Group Co.,Ltd. (“Group”) is a state-owned group. Currently the Group has over 30 affiliates including wholly owned enterprises and joint ventures. In recent years, the Group is implementing the scientific concept of development, and actively exploring new enterprise reform and development of new strategies. Meanwhile we improve business structure and layout, and now the Group has become a comprehensive one covering a business scope of commercial real estate, modern department stores and specialty food industry. The revenue of 2010 reached 7.357 billion RMB.
The Group has very good estate resources, including West Nanjing Road which is covered by international brands, CITY Plaza and Shanghai Ongoing Department Store at Jing’an Temple area,Paramount Gallery Hotel, Jiubai Century Food Mall and ongoing Julu Road and Tongren Road.
