KROC Awards
The KROC (Kids Reading Oz Choice) Awards are held every year. The Awards give you, the reader, the chance to vote for your favourite Australian book.
The winners for 2013 were:
- Best Picture Story Book – Nick Bland with the Very Cranky Bear
- Fiction for Younger Readers – Morris Gleitzman with Pizza Cake
- Fiction for Older Readers – Andy Griffiths with The 26-Storey Treehouse
- Fiction for Years 7-9 – Morris Gleitzman with After
Vote now for your favourite Aussie Book and you could win a prize. There are lots of books to be won. See the 2014 Shortlist below. Read and rate all of them. Voting closes Monday 27 October 2014. The Winning books will be announced at the KROC Party on Thursday 6 November 2014 4-5pm at Karama Library.
