The City provides a variety of resources and social services to low income and senior residents through our Senior Activity Center programs. We offer tax assistance, legal aide, health screenings and social networking. Active adults 55+ can enjoy art, bingo, yoga, line dance, tai chi, computer classes and wii bowling at the center.

Each year, we also host several special events to celebrate our community. From the annual " Children's Fair" and "Just 4 Kids Fishing Derby" to the "Movies in the Park" or "Unity 5K & 10K Run Walk" events, residents enjoy our beautiful parks and natural surroundings. With the " Unity in the Community Parade" our annual " Winterfest" and "Pet Walk" events, we see our neighbors come together in Historic Downtown Lake Elsinore.

The City of Lake Elsinore Community Services Master Plan contains action plans (recommendations) to help guide decision-making relating to parks, recreation, programs, open space, and facilities within the city for the next twenty-two (22) years.
