After the successful production and positive feedback from ‘Alakada 1′ from Nollywood actress, Toyin Aimakhu, all is now set for the release of the hilarious movie’s sequel in April 2013. The flick stars Fathia Balogun, Femi Adebayo, Rachael Oniga, Funsho Adeolu, Doris Simeon, Adebayo Salami, Bolaji Amusan ( Mr Latin ) and a host of others.
Alakada is a story of of a young lady called Yetunde ( Toyin Aimakhu ) who comes from a poor family background but who is also a liar and also fond of boasting of what she does not have or has acquired.
Yetunde later meets a man of the same character and they hide their attitude from each other. As time dragged by, they turned themselves to the laughing stock of everyone around them. The first part of the movie won the BON Award for Best Comedy flick in 2010.
