Geographic Range [top]

Range Description: No wild subpopulations are presently known, but there is a specimen planted in Krakow Botanical Garden. It is also thought to be possible to reconstruct the taxon from the natural hybrid, B. oycoviensis, produced when B. szaferi and B. pendula are crossed. Although the hybrid still occurs in the wild in several central European countries, the parent species evidently do not still coexist in the wild.
