Capital Impact Partners

A 2011-13 HFFI grantee, Capital Impact Partners is a non-profit organization and certified CDFI with nationwide reach that provides financial and development services through the financing of health centers, grocery stores, farmers markets, schools, affordable housing and long-term senior care. Capital Impact Partners supports the California FreshWorks Fund,  Michigan Good Food Fund, The GREEN HOUSE® Replication Project, The Cornerstone Partnership, and other health care and education innovations.
