MiKandi Publisher Policies

As a next generation adult company, MiKandi is committed to fostering a positive, transparent, and safe community for adults. Publishers like you play an integral role in maintaining an environment where adults can access safe content. By adhering to our terms, policies, and guidelines, together we can continue our mission to treat adults like adults.

  • Douchebaggery. We all know a douchebag when we see one. We’re in this together, so be kind to each other. The first step to being treated like an adult is acting like one.
  • Dangerous Products. This goes without saying, but you may not upload any products or content that interferes with the function of, or accesses without authorization, any services, networks, servers, or other infrastructure of any party. Absolutely no malware, virus, or Trojans.
  • Extreme Violence. We love all sorts of kink. But there’s a huge difference between consensual BDSM and extreme violence. Keep the latter out of your products and MiKandi.
  • Honesty. Truthfully represent your Products. Don’t use bots, scripts, or the like to falsely update or republish applications. Don’t leave fake negative reviews on your competitors’ apps. Categorize your products appropriately.
  • Illegal Activities. Stay on the right side of the law. Don’t engage in illegal activities or promote illegal activities in your products. You and your products must comply with US laws and regulations.
  • Intellectual Property. Respect the intellectual property rights, including patent, copyright, trademark, trade secret, or other proprietary right of others.
  • Network Usage. Do not create unpredictable network usage that has an adverse impact on a user's service charges or carrier network.
  • Non-Consensual Material. MiKandi does not accept any non-consensual material, actual or implied. Consent is sexy!
  • Privacy. Invasions of personal privacy or violations of the right of publicity are not welcome in MiKandi.
  • Purchases and In-App Sales. Our customers use MiKandi Gold to buy content in MiKandi. Publishers charging for content and products either by download or through in-app payments must use our KandiLibs billing service.
  • Spam. The only kind of spam we like comes in a can. Don’t post repetitive content, use misleading descriptions or titles, upload products with the purpose of affiliate marketing, share “apps” that are simply websites, or add shortcuts and ads to device home screens.
  • U.S.C. 2257 Compliance. Your products must have the contact information of the content's Custodian of Records readily available, if the content is of sexual nature, in compliance with 18 U.S.C. 2257.
