There is no negative to this deal!

Former reviewer is misinformed.
From Ooma forum:
"It is my understanding that the 5000 limit is a "red flag" for Ooma. If you go over 5000 min's then Ooma can look into it and decide if you are abusing the system. If they feel you are then they can legally do something about it since they state 5000 is the limit. It is my guess that they would not do anything if you are mainly using it for the home and not a home office."
You only pay a Federal phone tax/fee of less than $5 per month (mandatory by gov't). You can upgrade to Premier with a host of added benefits or just use the already quality service they offer. I have never been *made* to use the upgraded service nor was I hoodwinked in anyway.
I have use Oooma for many years, since they came out with the HUB, and I liked it so much I graduated to the Telo unit. I willingly did that knowing that Ooma was forced to charge the monthly gov't fee and passed it along to the Telo customers. Still a great bargain and near-flawless service.
Secondly, Fire TV Stick is not just a *dumb* device without Amazon Prime. There are plenty of apps to use outside of Amazon stuff. Prime does make it a very cool device but it is not absolutely necessary. (Why would you NOT want Prime?) Fire TV may be the very best media device next to ROKU 3. I have had this unit for a while and it is a great unit with a lot of fun things to see and do.
If you need FREE home phone service and do not have a Fire TV, this is THE deal for you. Do not pass this up. I already have both and paid more (bought separately) and like what I got. Even if you don't need one or the other, you can sell what you don't need and make money on this deal.

This is a great bundle if you are aware of the following:
1. You use home phone a lot. That being said, the minutes is not unlimited. It has 5,000 minutes to it. If you go over that, you will have to pay extra $39.99, which is absurdly high. However, most people should not go that many minutes. 5k minutes should be more than enough. But just to be aware there is this potential charge.
2. You enjoy having more than one phone inside your house, so you don't have to pay extra fee charged by companies such as Comcast.
3. They auto enroll you into some free premier service, but only for one month. Then after that, they start charging you crazy fees until you cancel it. Well, this is an old trick played by most companies nowadays, but it is never too old to fall for it. Just be aware and remember to cancel.
4. The Fire TV does not come with any prime subscription. So you would have to pay if you want to watch any prime video. The stick itself is merely a device.

Overall, it is a valuable bundle at this price $100. I'm not sure how much they will change the price down the road. My rating is based on its value, as well as its price.
