I wasn't too impressed with this. It's a good concept but the bottle isn't large enough. You're supposed to take 20 drops under your tongue twice a day and you're not to eat 10 minutes before or 15 minutes after taking this product. Not sure what that means.It does tastes good though. Since I was a child I don’t like taking pills. When I get sick it hard for me to find adult medication in liquid form. I was really excited that the supplement comes in liquid form vs. the many supplements that come in huge pill. When I don’t have a choice I would usually crush them up and put it in my drink.

I don’t have to worry about this one at all. It said you could put into any drink you want, so I just put it in my orange juice. It didn’t change the flavor but it taste a bit sweeter. I am guessing it from the sweetener that is already in the bean extract.

This is a supplement I am testing to see if it will suppress my appetite because I am trying to lose some weight. I didn’t notice much change until my 3 week of using it. I weight myself everyday to see if there were any changes. In my 3 week, I started to lose 2 pounds. Then my 4 weeks, I lost another .5 lbs. In just 1 month alone, I lost 2.5 lbs., that is pretty good and definitely a good amount of weight to lose.

You don’t want to lose to much weight in a month because that is really unhealthy. I want to mention that along with using this, I was also eating trying to eat healthier and exercise. All three combination, really help me lose the weight.

Long have been my efforts to lose weight and become healthier, typically through diet and exercise. However, hitting a plateau, I looked into other ways to promote a healthy body and continue to hit my weight loss goals. I've tried a number of supplements and pills but capsules, however, don't work very well for me as I also have absorption problems. I never realised that I had other options and that these natural supplements came in liquid form! When I saw these carb-blocking drops, I thought I definitely had to give these a try!

The bottle is well-labelled, providing information on purpose, instructions on how to use them, and ingredients. The bottle does come with a nifty little squeeze-stopper for ease of use. I think they taste pretty good (on the minty side of the scale) but unfortunately, I do have a set back -- I cannot smell, and being unable to smell, my sense of taste is very poor. I had the lady try them and she was not so impressed with the flavour as I was. So if you're not a mint-fan, these may not be for you. Still, the drops give me a lot more confidence that I'm getting the most out of these unlike other capsules I've taken in the past and my clothing has felt much looser. Overall, I am quite happy with them!

I was really excited to order this Pure White Kidney Bean Extract! I have not noticed any ill effects or side effects since I've begun taking this. I was disappointed to see that there are additives and preservatives on the label that were NOT in the description. While I don't know that I'm sensitive to those ingredients, there are people who are, or might be. I have to take off a star for that. I haven't been taking it long enough to comment on whether or not it aids in weight loss or with my IBS, but I'll definitely update once I've taken it for a month or so.
