A Visa Application form can be downloaded in PDF format, which can then be viewed and printed using Adobe Acrobat Reader software. If you do not have this software it can be downloaded free of charge by clicking on the Acrobat Reader below to install the latest version of Acrobat Reader

1. The Visa Application Form must be completed in Duplicate and capital letters
2. The completed form must be submitted with the applicants Passport and four (4) to five (5) recent passport-size photographs
3. It takes a minimum of three (3) working days to process an application submitted at the counter and ten (10) working days for postal applications
4. Applicants applying by post should provide a Self-Addressed Stamped Envelope (Recorded Postal Service is highly recommended)
