Imission monitoring

Automatic imission monitoring station data provide information about air condition in measuring points. The shown data are influenced both by steady producers e.g. industrial plants or point sources of house furnaces and by mobile sources mainly motor-vehicle traffic. The ambient air quality is affected also by long distance transmissions of pollutants and above all by weather situation. The data from several measuring points in a particular area will offer more plastic and objective figures about the air condition than just one measuring point. In the region of Most Česká rafinérská puts to use the data provided by Environmental Centre Most for the Ore Mountains that aggregates six monitoring stations. In the region of Kralupy there is only one monitoring station situated in Veltrusy.

Environmental Centre Most for the Ore Mountains

Through its websites www.ecmost.cz in Czech, English and German versions or over the green phone number 800 195 342 or through e-mail ecmost@vuhu.cz ECM provides general public with information. ECM´s employees work on non-stop shifts, they also release texts in local press and arrange actions that make study and care of environment more popular. Its international activities in particular the cooperation with Saxon Ministry for Environment and Agriculture and with the Euroregion Ore Mountains/Ezgebirge are of great importance.
