Eythor Ingi Gunnlaugsson is a celebrated singer, composer and actor in Iceland.
He was born in may 1989, gained overnight stardom in Iceland after winning a TV Rock Singing Competition and has since been in great demand as as a singer and a composer. Gunnlaugsson has performed and recorded with various bands including; The Icelandic Symphonic Orchestra, icelandic legends Todmobile, the prog group Eldberg and a Deep Purple tribute band where he has floored thousands of fans with his seamless renditions of such classics as Child in Time. And many many more.
His theatre work began in childhood with various amateur groups and evolved to professional theatre during his teens, starring in Oliver! and Infants to name a few.
Eythor Ingi has played Jesus in Jesus Christ Superstar, Berger in the musical Hair and Riff Raff in Rocky Horror which granted him a nomination for Griman, The Icelandic Theatre Award.
He is currently playing Marius in the National Theater production of Les Misserables.

What's the biggest audience you ever performed to? What's the smallest?
i think biggest audience i´ve ever performed to is around 20.000 people on a big festival. And the smallest was just on a little pup in iceland.
You're stuck on a desert island and only get to bring one album with you. What do you pick?
It´s a tricky question..... i think it would be Grace the Jeff Buckley albume
