I have been crucified with Christ and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me. The life I live in the body, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me.
God be with you, my friend, and I hope you enjoy my photos!

This fire tower is located in Raleigh County confirmed by Raleigh & Wyoming County E911 directors. The county line is several feet to the west of the tower as shown on their GIS aerial map. It was built by Emory 'Pop' Wriston & party in 1924. Its elevation according to the current USGS survey control is 3,619 feet above sea level. Thats the highest point west of the New River. Before this tower was built it was the site where the very first fire tower to go up in the state of WV in 1916. It was a two story 'Jenny Lynn' type about 20 foot tall built by Slyvester 'Sil' Coon from Pine Knob, wv.
Very nice photo.
