The house of Maarten van Rossum, a general serving Duke Charles van Gelre, has been the town hall since 1830: The satyrs in its Renaissance ornamentation earned it the name Duivelshuis ("devil's house"). The Great Church of Saint Eusebius stands on the right side of the Devil's House. The white building before the Devils' House is the current City Hall of Arnhem.

Peter Augustus de Genestat was a Ducth poet and a liberal Protestant, who was famous in late 1850's for his poems that gives religious themes. Together with Nicolaas Beets he is seen as a part of the Dutch imitation of Byronism. He was born in Rozendaal; grew up and educated in Amsterdam; married and settled in Bloemendaal; and died to be buried in the graveyard of Rozendaal. To date, a church called Genestetkerk in Delft bears his name. Several roads/streets were also named after him (Genestetlaan).

Twin pillar of magma granite stones erected at the back of the Hoch-Eltener Kirche (High-Elten Church). These stones were traced back to have come from melted glaciers 200 million years ago from the Scandinavian regions. Another pair os stones are located in Kleve, Germany, which when you look from behind and in between these two pillars, the other pair can be seen directly too through a telescope. (did not have the telescopes with me though to try) but a map on the vicinity shows how it was positioned.

This is one of the highlights of the Little Cheaters Fountain located at Rozendaal Park. Very unusual that a sundial is placed and positioned in a vertical manner.
