Do you mean Regent Park? It is about 2 km away. I expect the grounds have been re-seeded since the Aura was completed.
The surrounding condos would all be quite expensive...
I did not go to the park yet, i guess it may be similar to Woodbine park. It will take 40 years to get a bit of character....
