So as you know a lot of content in TWD can be completely missed, overlooked or just forgotten.
Here are a two examples:
Something you might not know: If you chose to do nothing while Kenny is being beaten is episode 3, Sarita will break free of Carlos' grip and she'll be hit in the face instead of Clementine.
Something you might have forgotten: Ben was the one who gave Clementine stickers for her walkie-talkie.
Do you know any?

All effort of the episode was put into that easteregg
On another note, I also decided to record what happens if you don't shoot walker Kate:
Not a huge difference, but I figure there's some people curious about it that aren't willing to replay the entire episode to see.
Oh, so her walker just loses interest and evacuates with the others. I just assumed Gabe or Clementine shot her before she got too close.
Still, poor Kate.
The walkers are acting like they have lost and are leaving Richmond for losing the battle.
Tbf you can see Jesus herding them with his loyal steed
The guy who wrote this episode must have been a fan of Game of Thrones.
Tbf Jesus's group uses horses to control the herds movements in the comics
Of course
Yeah but they also use a horn or some shit to make noise, and there is no horn to be seen. Srange.
No they don't. I've read every comic that's out.
Yeah, what the hell is up with that?
Does the relationships section also update with e.g. "Javi couldn't bring himself to shoot her" under Kate?
Yes, it does. Can't remember the exact message, but it's something to the effect of "You couldn't bring yourself to shoot Kate after she turned."
Ah you're the one making those rare screens videos? Ok, now it makes sense.
Yep, that would be me
The Beastly Ab Workout was here ALL ALONG
am i the only one who laughed
At how Kate's walker randomly walks towards Javier then loses interest and gets back in line for no particular reason? Probably.
Move long people nothin to see here!
Edited
Not criticizing or nothing, but the very same video was posted literally three "detail" comments above you. On this very page. .
LOL cant believe i didnt see that. Sorry. XD
I did the same mistake when I posted the Kate cross eyed video when someone posted it right before mine, one comment above
Might have just been a glitch on my end, but when deciding to trust Jesus or not, I stayed silent and Tripp told Jesus he couldn't take any chances and had to tie him up. But then he didn't and Jesus was "trusted" and it said the same on the stats at the end.
Maybe just an oversight in editing
"My name is Paul but my friends call me Jesus "
I am sorry for you -Stewart- but it seems you didn't trust Jesus, so… for you… it's Paul !
XD
My name is Jake, but England is my city.
Throughout the whole season Clementine has put herself in danger to help Javier and his family despite owing them nothing. Sometimes an excuse for her staying was because she hasn't gotten a car yet. In return for her help, Javier was supposed to get her a car so she could find AJ.
Now it is the end of the season, Javier is safe, Clem helped him and his family. Javier still didn't get her a car.
Now Clem goes to find AJ and instead of helping her, Javier just kinda "ok good luck bye." No offer to help her find AJ despite her helping him this whole time.
Also he still hasn't given her a car, which was her main goal this whole season so she could go get AJ. She's gonna go find him on foot now. If she could find him on foot now, why couldn't she have done this before to go find AJ?
Long story short, this is just more obvious evidence that Clementine was so fucking shoehorned in this entirely dumb love triangle season and clearly took the backseat.
You forgot the part that she thought AJ was in Richmond and the other part where she didn't knew where he was located after she learned that AJ isn't in Richmond.
That has hardly anything to do with what I said since the main point of my of my post was about Javier not helping Clem at all even tho Clem stayed around to help him the whole time. My post wasn't about "wheres aj!"
Edited
It still has something to do. You said it. "That has hardly anything to do with what I said"
Clementine doesn't have a single reason to be in ANF other than to lure the old fans. The game could've been better without her and she would've been better without ANF ruining her character.
Agreed.
Sounds like Pokemon if I remember correctly.
A quick summary of Clementine in New Frontier:
Episode 1- "Where's my car, Javi?"
Episode 2- "I'm getting the fuck outta here."
Episode 3- "Where's AJ?"
Episode 4- "I'm bleeding, Javi."
Episode 5- "Gabe? Gabe. Gabe! Gabe. Gabe."
she's got 42 personalities open ur eyes people!11!
I thought it was 25.
Lol the last two.
Thanks for that mental image, dude.
...
dammit
OMG I'M DYING
This is all scrapped content for A New Frontier according to Alyssa from the AMA thread:

The fuck? Guess that adds to the fact that she was originally supposed to be shot in the throat.
That makes too much sense considering his design in the trailer.
Interesting. Guess the Specialist deserved his concept art after all.
Again, that makes too much sense.
Man that would have been hilarious. Imagine the dialog options being in spanish and all the non spanish speaking fans freaking out with a spanish evil laughter in the background.
WHY WAS THIS SCRAPPED!?!? IT WOULD HAVE MADE SO MUCH SENSE!!
Lol that happened to me once when I was playing TWAU. I was on the last episode, and then I went to the pause menu. When I came back to the game all the dialogue options were in spanish, and I freaked the fuck out.
I was just learning spanish at the time, so it wasn't like I knew all of it, so I took educated guesses based on what was in each dialogue option.
The reason this was so bad to me, was because it was the scene in Episode 5 where after I killed Bloody Marie, and it was the interrogation scene with The Crooked Man.
Pretty bad timing.
Damn, how did that happen?
I have no clue, I had to restart the game so I wouldn't get the exact opposite ending I wanted XD.
This may be well known here, especially to the artists, but the blood stain that is on Clems hat is from Lee's blood when he got bitten. The blood stain has became a permanent feature on Clementine's hat since S1, even though its more faded away in ANF.
(I can already see the 'If you don't break the ice, Bonnie dies' comments).
I already knew about this but getting reminded honestly pains me.
if u dont break the ice bonnie dies
if u fail to kill muertos javi dies but lives afterwards
grady standar has a beautiful golden hair
and randy tudor is rocking that powerful 'stache
and javi wants to ride jesus wowowow
I think it's a really neat visual metaphor for how much Lee fought to keep Clementine safe. He spilled blood and died to keep Clem alive. Also, the blood splatter makes him feel present in a kind of spiritual sense throughout all 3 seasons. I just like that little reminder of Lee every time you see the hat.
Dies you ice don't the Bonnie, break if.
The ama gave us canon backstories for a couple characters:

A couple more i managed to get:

So they lied about Clint being just a botanist. At least we know that Tripp wasn't the leader of Prescott and just a defender
I mean you can be a botanist but work a different job. I'm sure being a stockbroker is much easier and profitable than botany in most cases. And yeah apparently Conrad was the one who led people there and started the town.
And yet, he was content to just be a lowly bartender. What a guy.
What can I say, some guys just wanna drink and play poker lol.
It seems Prescott never wanted or needed a leader and instead just helped each other.
Sonansu.
he never seemed particularly like a leader, especially after episode 1
I love Conrad. He's one of the few characters in ANF I genuinely liked, with the exception of the ending of Episode 1.2. I'm really glad that he can survive the Season, and also like how Telltale made him triple determinant.
Tripp working at docs makes him seem even more like Kenny.
Great.
Can you give me a link to the AMA? I can't find it for some reason.
Here ya go.
Another interesting tidbit from the AMA was the original draft storyline for ANF; it aligns pretty well with the teaser trailer:
"There was an earlier version of the story where Javi was forced to join the New Frontier group and branded (against his will) in order to prove his trustworthiness/earn his place. He escaped, but still needed to retrieve his family (David, Gabe, and Mari) from their NF captors, which aligned his goals with Clementine’s search for AJ."

sounds similar to what dabigRG and I talked about, but I heard apparently Mariana was always fated to die in episode 1? That sucks.
I asked about Mariana, if she was always planned to die and Alyssa(the Creative Director) told me that Mari died in different ways over the rewrites but was never going to survive the story.
In an earlier version we were going to find her as a walker upon returning to the junkyard. We also had to decide whether Javi or an other character should put her down.
Edited
Yeah, me and Lelouche had a discussion about that once, but apparently Mariana was always gonna die eventually. It may or may not have been a product of the direction change though.
SPOILER WARNING:
This comment may contain spoilers!
It's kind of sad. I bet some of these writers aren't half bad, but the constant time restraints must suck. It leaves what could at least be competent coming out as messy nonsense. I absolutely would prefer months between episodes to get a well thought-out, good story than waiting 4 weeks for a rushed mess.
Okay, so apparently, Eleanor is specifically Thai American, but her exact backstory is no longer relevant due to numerous changes to the story. But yes, she really was supposed to be Joan's daughter originally.
Now I remember how someone once pointed out their similarity.
Yeah and honestly, I thought it was an obvious, mildly offensive assumption.
People were saying this JUST BECAUSE both are Asian-American. They don't look alike to me.
Edited
Pretty much. Though it is worth noting that parents and their kids aren't always gonna look too similar. Hell, look at Duck.
