Here’s When ‘Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.’ Season 5 Hits Netflix (Exclusive)

Where to Stream:

Marvel's Agents Of S.H.I.E.L.D.

If you have superhero fever, you’re not alone. Between recent top-notch Marvel movies like Thor: Ragnarok and Avengers: Infinity War and innovative, edgy Netflix series like Marvel’s Jessica Jones, it’s hard not to be addicted to this super cinematic universe. Another standout series from the MCU? Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., which recently wrapped up its fifth season on ABC. While the Avengers & Co. have spent their days on the big screen saving the world from threats (and each other) here and there, this motley crew has been proving themselves as the everyday, rarely seen superheroes we truly need, and they’ve made every episode a thrilling delight. How many other superhero series can balance comedy, action, and intensity this way?

Led by our beloved Agent Phil Coulson (Clark Gregg), the Strategic Homeland Intervention Enforcement and Logistics Division spends their days investigating strange cases, eliminating dangerous threats, and protecting those who are defenseless against formidable foes like Hydra and the Kree, among others. Season 5 saw things get seriously intense, including insanity like an alien abduction and differing timelines that evidently link up with the catastrophic events of Avengers: Infinity War.

So are you ready to make a super addition to your streaming queue? Decider’s got the exclusive news about the Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. Season 5 Netflix release date. For the full list of titles coming to the platform this June, be sure to check back tomorrow.

When will Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. Season 5 hit Netflix?

The fifth installment of Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. will arrive on Netflix on Sunday, June 17, 2018, so you’ll be able to stream all five seasons of the hit Marvel show before you know it!

How many episodes are in Season 5 of Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.?

There are 22 episodes in Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.‘s fifth season, which means you’ll have more than enough material to binge the series all the way through the end of June.

When will Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. Season 6 premiere?

As of now, it looks like Season 6 of the ABC series won’t air until Summer 2019, and while it hasn’t been announced as their final season just yet, it’s currently set to only have 13 episodes. Why such a long wait? It could have something to do with Avengers 4, which will wrap up the devastating events depicted in Avengers: Infinity War when it arrives in May 2019 – and will likely impact the ending of Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.
