If anyone was wondering, the song from the start and the end of the ep was “Non, je ne regrette rien” by Edith Piaf. The first lyrics we hear basically translate to : 

“No, nothing at all,
no, I do not regret anything, 
not the good that was done to me,
neither the bad, I do not care.”
