Yeah, but even the way they showed Hive and Lash were just cameos that were more like nods to the fans than being callbacks that had any meaningful purpose. The whole "Fear dimension" felt a bit cheap when I know the AoS writers have gave us better than that. I just feel like the should have done more since there are so many themes and threads running through the series that this season was a perfect opportunity to tie it all together more in a way that would have also felt pretty satisfying, but it didn't really happen.
I would be okay with two or three of the Inhumans cast coming over to Shield. Crystal, Medusa, Black Bolt are not bad characters away from Scott Buck shitty black hole of terriblness... ...and Jemma interacting with Lockjaw would murder me with cuteness
I'd prefer they kept Inhumans as far away from AoS as possible. Might as well be canceled for me then. I can barely afford Netflix.
With the rumor the Disney themselves pushed ABC to renew it last year, they obviously see value in it. We'll see.
Dammit Disney, your one of my favorite companies. I wrote a report in middle school on Elias Disney because I love the company so much and Walt Disney was already selected by another student. Repay my love and support now, get this show another season. And then maybe a section at Hollywood Studios...
What if AoS is renewed and next season just absorbs the Inhumans cast? They could at least wrap up Inhumans in the MCU in a decent way that the AoS storyline deserves and the Inhumans show totally botched.
They're going to get their budget slashed so hard for season 6. Forget sterile hallways, the cast will be trapped inside a single room for half the season.

I figure the question is budget, number of episodes, that sort of thing. The fact they're not just immediately dumping it is a good sign for me. I'd be fine with a half-season to close out the series.
At least AoS has better writers and showrunners. Besides, I wouldn't want them to be regulars on the show but have significant guest appearances to use them to wrap up some Inhuman storyline.
