A kree seer, huh? Wonder who that might be? Spoiler A flowered dress, perhaps? http://www.tvguide.com/news/marvels-agents-of-shield-seer/
Mack got probably best line in his entire run on the series. Htown you keep saying Doctor Who plotpoint, but I’m not remembering exactly what you mean. Do you mean Heaven Sent? Some other timey wimey? Spoiler: Preview/epilogue talk is the seer something that can see what Tess sees? Some other person? The black eyes ooze, is that something seen before? Feels vaguely Ronan like. Mack’s nice line, plus the preview and that flashback, gives me serious Mack Death Flags.
SINARA WHY, AT LEAST YOU COULD'VE DIED IN A NON-LAME WAY Man... that sucked. RIP, listening to her theme one last time: Great episode, as always. Why does the time fly by so easily with this show? Really liking how emotional Kasius gets. And that preview.... I swear to fucking god.
The door at the end of the episode has been translated. https://www.reddit.com/r/shield/comments/7ta30t/spoilers_door_at_the_end_of_5x09_translated/
Looks like they explained the time loop... Questionable things though like why Fitz questions time travel in the flashback/flashforward? I guess he could mean scientifically? Things seem to go awry, where's the point where things are savable? Whole thing is rather confusing... Is the next episode the last before break?
So... there's a bit of speculation on reddit for the next episode that's quite shocking, but I won't reveal it on here D: Like, holy shit.
Thanks for the PM SRG01. Could see that being an option. Certainly not something I would've guessed, but it does make some sense all things considered.
Guys, you can link to a thread about speculation. No need to keep in a PM. We just won't click it if we don't want to read.
and by that, you mean we all want to read it... but don't want to all have to request a PM. because that I agree with ;) also, is the preview for next ep online yet? can someone post if so? also was the seer thing the post credit scene? or did I miss it?
I think he's referring to the theory that the "seer" that Kassius has is Yo-Yo. Sorry but speculation is entirely fair game and should not be withheld. You're basically saying "I think this happens next episode" and finish it there.
Post credit scene. And I believe the theory is that... Spoiler The seer is Yo-Yo. In last week's flashbacks, we see her leaving to kill the Kree. The theory is that Kasius instead holds onto her, perhaps through the same method he used to bring Tess back to life, for 80 years. This explains why he was able to prepare for her powers and why he called her Elena. He's had her in storage for 80 years.
Casker The entire point is that not everyone wants to see that speculation as it could very well be true. Add a spoiler tag, please.
Yup, that was the speculation in the reddit thread I mentioned earlier. edit: omg, I quoted the wrong post :(
Wow damn, that speculation is off the chain. That is so dark if that's true. Fuck. Also I feel like raising people back from the dead with little to no explanation aside from, "Welp I guess SHIELD did it before with Coulson" or possibly an inhuman is kinda weak. Came out of nowhere and now it may be a huge plot point.
At least with Coulson they made it a central mystery of the entire season that's been teased since before the show began. Here it came again kinda out of nowhere.
Because we really don't need an explanation since the previous resurrections happened because of a drug derived from Kree blood. You should just take it for granted that the more advanced Kree could also come up with a similar drug to the one that humans did.
He doesn't question time travel, he says that time is fixed and they can't change it with the time machine. Glad the time loop is confirmed, now we can lay that discussion to rest at least xD Good episode, hyped for the mid-season finale. Zero-G effects were neat.
Nah i'm still stuck on the fact that they named an episode "Together or Not at All", which was a reference to that Who episode where Amy and Rory broke a time loop by taking a suicide leap off a building together.
Isn't this arc supposed to end next episode? Given the revelation at the end of this episode, seems like a lot of material to cover in one hour.
