To celebrate both milestones, we’re throwing an in-game birthday bash Event and you’re all invited! Our Anniversary Event will run from July 9 to July 23 (timing details below) and will work a bit differently than our previous in-game Events. For starters, we’re adding an all-new 3v3 ‘Anniversary’ Playlist to the Casual Playlists page, featuring an inspired ‘Throwback Stadium’ that veteran SARPBC players may recognize! The goal layout, in particular, is a departure from the modern goal positions seen in the rest of Rocket League’s Arenas, but it does harken back to the old-school days of Battle-Cars, which should tickle the old nostalgia feels quite nicely. We’re changing up how you earn Customization Items during the Anniversary Event as well. There will be no Event Crates this time around, with all of the new items available by redeeming SARPBC10th Anniversary-themed ‘Balloons,’ which are earned by playing matches online. Check out screenshots of some of the items below! Along with new items up for grabs, you'll also be able to redeem Balloons for a new type of Anniversary surprise! These ‘Golden Eggs’ do not require a Key or Decryptor to unlock, so just crack up to ten of ‘em open to find one of over 60 possible Customization Items from our retired Champions Series Crates. The Golden Egg is its own series, so these items cannot be traded in with Crate items.
Rocket league is probably top of my list for games I love but don't play enough of, gotta jump back in for this.
3 years playing this game almost daily. OMG lol Also, loving that goal position in the arena, it sure brings back so many memories!
I've wanted that old map forever it seems like such an interesting twist on the standard map. Probably not good for game flow and overall smooth team play, but it'll be fun as hell to try it out!
What a wonderful video game. It seems like only yesterday that I was partaking in the beta, never would have imagined it would gain so much traction and be so revered. Long may it continue
This is good for people that joined the fanbase via the Switch. The crates retired before the Switch port was released, so they'll finally be able to get certain items.
Nice. I played SARPBC a bit back in the day, but never really got into it. Rocket League is amazing, though, and one of my favorite games ever. Play it almost every day.
This game and the developers are so awesome. I convinced my boss to buy it for the ps at work, so we can play during breaks. Though most people stay on Fifa.
I hope this game never stops getting content and never loses its player base. Greatest game ever made.
Looks good. I need that X patch though. It's pretty much the only non-enhanced game I play regularly and it's always so blurry for the eyes to return to it.
I love rocket league and can't stop playing even though I won't buy keys for lockboxes. Thanks summer event for 5 decryptors and nothing of note when opening them. Great game though!
I only lost one event while I was on my trip to Japan and I lost the rainbow trail T_______T Let's see what this one brings but I'll never recover from that one XD
PC but I though event items couldn't be traded. To be honest I never tried trading, I just googled it and saw that in reddit. Maybe the ones that you buy with season points can't be traded but the ones from crates can?

Whoa, I'll try it! Thanks for the advice! One question. The keys that you can farm with points on events are valid when they demand keys? Or I should buy one with money and trade it? If that's the case maybe I can trade some of my crates, I have plenty of them.
I feel like i find out about these events on here before i see anything from them on twitter. completely missed the last event too cause i never saw anything from it. This event looks cool though, can't wait to try out that new map.
Only purchasable keys can be trafed. Though keep in mind when you buy them there is a 7 day trade ban where you can't trade them. You can try crates if you don't manage to find one I can help you out when I get back home Thursday.

This map on snow day equals pinches for days. Shame it will only be added for private matches in the next major update.
I doubt they are gone forever but having this and the rocket pass coming up makes it feel like maybe they will be shifting away from them. Hopefully it does well.
