Hollyoaks has announced that former Home and Away star Kyle Pryor is joining as a new character.
The actor, known to soap fans for playing Summer Bay doctor Nate Cooper, will be making his Hollyoaks debut hot on the heels of Sinead O'Connor's return.
It was confirmed earlier this year that Stephanie Davis is reprising her role as feisty Sinead, three years after she was sensationally sacked from the show.
Although further details about the character Kyle will be playing are being kept under wraps for the time being, it was previously teased that Sinead would be heading back with a new love interest.
Speaking about joining the cast, Kyle said: "I am really excited about heading over to the UK to begin work on Hollyoaks, looking forward to meeting the cast and crew and getting things rolling."
Kyle starred in Home and Away from 2013 to 2017, and has also had roles in Aussie TV dramas such as This Is Not My Life and Go Girls.
Hollyoaks airs on weeknights at 6.30pm on Channel 4, with first-look screenings at 7pm on E4.
