Pentatonix put on quite a show during their second annual “A Very Pentatonix Christmas Special,” which aired on NBC Nov. 27.

For the most part, they took the Christmas spirit up a notch, except for one moment when the yuletide celebration turned into an Easter festivity — all thanks to one special little guest.

You see, Season 12 “Americas Got Talent” champion Darci Lynne Farmer guest-starred on the show, and joined the harmonizing group for a rocking performance of the brand new holiday song, “O Easter Egg.”

The amazing 13-year-old ventriloquist took the stage in a glittery, gold dress after the group’s magical rendition of “Jingle Bells.”

“I’m so happy I got to meet you guys, because, of course, I’m a huge fan,” she told the three-time Grammy Award-winning vocal group before her rabbit puppet, Petunia, admitted to having no idea who they were.

“What? It’s the truth,” Petunia said. “But I did hear some of you singing backstage, and you’re pretty good for humans, you know?”

Despite the puppet’s confession, the members of Pentatonix offered to help her sing, “O Easter Egg,” set to the melody of “O Christmas Tree” — because poor Petunia just “doesn’t know much about human holidays” according to Darci Lynne.

Petunia took the lead of the Easter-themed song, while the group’s Mitch Grassi, Kirstin Maldonado, Scott Hoying and Kevin Olusola added their signature harmonies on the tune. And, of course, the audience erupted into wild cheers!

Other guests during the festive show included Jay Leno, Jennifer Hudson, Howie Mandel, Brett Eldredge and Kermit the Frog.
