Criteria
The following criteria are used in determining the type of work you're able to do, two years or longer after the accident:
- education
- training
- work experience
- physical abilities as they are now (after the accident and rehabilitation)
- intellectual abilities as they are now (after the accident and rehabilitation)
- knowledge or skills acquired during a rehabilitation program, if applicable
