And lo, that does work - must be something with the region itself. Based on that, I'm assuming that the codes would normally go active at 9PM PT tonight (the store page says it's available then).

Was just about to ask if there were any official reviews on this yet but I'll take Jim's word on it.
I thought the digital code I had with my physical was for the PS4, but it turns out it's for the Switch. I guess I'll be lucky to play Bloodstained this week, since my physical copy isn't here yet (in fact, it only just entered Canada and with how slow customs can be...).

Yeah, same here. No new email for this release yet, but decided to just search my inbox for the email they sent about my Curse of the Moon code last year and see if it was in there. Sure enough, it is.
Fangamer page says it won't be redeemable until midnight PST though, so I guess I'll just wait until tomorrow.
Nobody knows the true answer to this on any platforms until that day 1 patch releases.

PS4 dlc codes aren't out yet to my knowledge.
I believe it's a part of the address you go to to see your backer stuff on fangamer, if you used that.
I could be wrong, though. And if not through them, I don't know what the answer would be.
For those who don't have their code yet, you can try to see directly at the fangamer site if it's there. I've not receive any email yet from them, but I when checked their site at the backer management page, I was able to retrieve my Steam code this way.

I can confirm this, even the preload bit, despite getting a Steam advertisement for...specifically the preload.
Decided to check my fangamer page to see if my PC code came in and it did. It's so weird that I didn't get an email telling me about it but I got it now. Sucks you can't preload it cause It would be nice to just get up tomorrow and play it
