There is a misapprehension about IQ . It is a number we have invented.

“Intelligence” is only the ability to think. No particular direction. We try to do a broad spread of things to define such an ability to get a number. What one thinks about is not the question. some people are just more able to think about any or many things than are others. We then try to give this a grading of how it compares with say 100 other people.

Forgetting the stereotypical numbers, someone who is able to think about something “better” than someone else, will usually be more intelligent, and certainly within a given environment. The statistics show that, that person in general, will “think” better than many others, about anything. Because it is not about the subject matter it is about the ability to think.

Interesting article if a bit long. Could’ve been condensed more while still getting the same points across. Still, there are some issues I’ve spotted, some of which are more general in nature so they shouldn’t be taken too personally

1. I’ve never really understood why Asians are split up into sub-categories while whites are not. East-Asians, despite being far more numerous, have a much smaller gene pool. Whites are a much broader group and when you divide them up just like you and others seem to do with Asians, you would see a much wider distribution of IQ, with (people of) North-Western European descent having the highest, followed by those South European descent, followed by those of Eastern European descent, with some outliers here and abnormalities there. When you do not divide Asians, Whites would outperform Asians on pretty much all counts.
2. The East-Asian bell curve is taller, but narrower, meaning there are fewer outliers on both ends of the spectrum. Whites for a long time have followed a ‘genius strategy’ whereby they tend to outbreed more, and produce more geniuses as a result. You mention in your article the father of OLED, but OLED seems like a relatively minor invention compared to say the invention of the ballistic missile or the steam engine. Asians seem to improve already existing technology, but do not seem to be inventing much new stuff on their own.
3. Intelligence in the West has been in decline ever since the industrial revolution. That event marked the end of the Darwinian selection for intelligence. The welfare state allows mutations to survive and significantly increases the reproductive success of stupid people. Also, intelligent people are more likely to benefit from contraception (higher intelligence is associated with higher impulse control, meaning fewer unwanted babies) In an era of feminism and mass-immigration, we can expect intelligence to decline at an even faster pace. Whites used to be far more intelligent, if we could test an average white person from the British Empire two-hundred years ago, we would probably find that he had an average IQ in the range of 110-120. This decline will certainly affect China, Korea and Japan as well. That is, unless they implement an eugenics program in some form, which I believe is something the West absolutely requires in order to prevent a future intelligence crisis.
4. Being a genius could have something to do with having stunted development, for example as a result of being born too early. Isaac Newton is the most notable example of this. One theory put forward by Edward Dutton states that as a result of being born too early, certain parts of Newtons brain developed more than others, resulting in him being an absolute genius in one area while being an absolute retard in others. This could be a trend among geniuses: They tend to be autistic, they tend to have little to no reproductive success, and they tend to excel in certain areas while being poor in others. Even though under normal circumstances an above-average IQ in spatial ability probably means you have an above-average IQ in verbal ability as well. But having suffered stunted development as a child, it could form an exception to the rule.

As of now, “verbal IQ” is not an IQ measurement at all (or “r”) because it heavily depends on the vocabulary size. IQ measurements should drop every other non-raw-IQ crutch to zero, if possible, but here we have a learned vocabulary size tainting results ta a degree that’s, frankly, obscene.

So we get a bookworm or an SJW gerbil outperforming math/engineering/physics/IT geniuses purely on account of knowing what “mansplaining” means.

Taught special ed for many years. Though it sometimes went down to 55-60 or up if there were other probs,t just about every one of my kids were in this group. They’re completely overestimated by sight alone. Yes, socially, they appear like everyone else — socially , unless you’re down around 70 or less, you can tell no difference.

We used behaviorism, which works well, The way current schools do it does not work at all with these kids. A VP said about our system (top group, middle, bottom, with team names and differing privileges) “Don’t they find it awfully childish?” (This was HS). We had to explain — these kids are at the level, emotionally and mentally, of elementary school — a bell curve from the lowest working on addition and learning to read, the highest beginning percentages/fractions, with emotions to match. They loved the system and were very proud to be “First Class” and trusted to run errands without goofing off, etc.

One of the first things we learned in prep for this was that you cannot tell by looking. “Retarded” — mild-to-moderate is often used — kids do not drool! They’re serving your fast food, bagging your groceries — we had a hard-working, good kid who ended up managing a restaurant.

BUT–there were lawsuits about “too many black kids” in sped. Can you imagine what immigration is doing? Yeah, the classes are full of them (when the schools aren’t dumb enough to “mainstream” them; they need special curriculum and environment) Soon we’ll hear stories about “too many immigrant kids” in sped ….. watch for it.

I wonder how many people on this site have actually been in a classroom in a ‘real’ third or fourth world country. They probably think it’s equivalent to a public school in Detroit. It isn’t – it would make a Detroit public school look like Stuyvesant. Kids sit and fidget for 6 hours a day while a “teacher” reads a text book to them, most of which he himself probably doesn’t understand himself. Learning the alphabet and counting to 100 is pretty much all the cognitive exercise these kids will ever get.

The idea that those kids would have the slightest idea what to do on such tests or that their brains would have had any exercise or stimulus remotely like an IQ test is laughable to anyone who knows the real conditions. Essentially, we’re always projecting & don’t know what the future holds. No one has ever predicted that from a hole like Portugal European colonial expansion will begin & eventually, in next 500 years, conquer & unify the globe; no one had even thought of Industrial revolution & its consequences.

All we do is linear extrapolation off the current state of affairs & not much. And people are always motivated by quick bucks & don’t care for future, any future. For instance, to forcibly import millions of African slave workers on sugar plantations is an example of extreme idiocy. All those guys cared for was to make a huge & quick profit from spices & sugar & did not give a hoot about the idea that their very descendants’ future might be in danger because of tons of Africans they moved in to live alongside their progeny.

Simply- we don’t know: a) whether peoples, as we know them, will exist in next 150-250 years, b) whether homo sapiens sapiens, as we know him, will survive next 500+ years.We live in times of fundamental change, not only civilizational, but essentially “human” or post-human.

I agree with most of Meisenberg’s article, but this part confuses me a bit. I mean, sure, one could theoretically only allow the low-IQ to have access to IQ-enhancing technology (as in, embryo selection for the best IQ genes–though obviously high-IQ people could try moving to other countries to access this technology if they’re forbidden to access it in their home countries). However, while this would equalize the situation, it would also make our country and world more backwards in comparison to a scenario where everyone was allowed to have access to this technology. In such a scenario, the gaps would remain but everyone could be uplifted and wealth redistribution could ensure that the people with a lower IQ could still live better in this scenario than they would in the first scenario where everyone becomes equal (or at least all human groups become equal).

IMHO, lifting everyone is a strategy that is likely to deliver better results than attempting to equalize everyone and eliminate achievement gaps.

Back in the 60s when we passed various legislation in the US forcing mass integration would it have been the same legislation if we had the knowledge then that we have now? Probably not…

IMO, many people at the time had already long understood that blacks are, in general dumber, and more violent. But they sort of judged it political suicide to acknowledge – probably because the many naturally egalitarian whites.

But, of course, I very much doubt any of the egalitarian folks – even the elites – understood where things would lead. If they had seen modern Detroit, maybe that would have halted things. Or maybe not – it is amazing how some old people who lived in the very same neighborhoods, when they were white, in the Depression, can think there is a conspiracy to keep blacks down.

The demographic transformation of cities – even ones still seen as functional is incredible. There are places that went from being 97% white in the ’50s, to having less than 10% white public schoolkids today.

And of course, none of this can be bottled in the cities. I travel into rural New England a lot, and it seems like I always see more black faces each time – many imported Africans. And we are talking what I would call deep country – tiny towns that had their heyday before the Civil War.

An alternative explanation is just that the system is starting to feel the weight of the insanity of its ideology, and so they need to ramp up repression. And since it’s not a very centralized system, this will always be an easy target, regardless of whether it’s actually useful to target it or not.

He appears to have gotten significantly deplatformed – from both his previous institution and the board of Intelligence. The pressure is being ramped up by the system, a sign that this research is starting to impact in a serious way.

AK is lucky he is able to do his stuff in a much freer (academically) country on these topics, though Russia is far from perfect, it is still eons ahead of many Western countries.

But I’ve been thinking for a while after reading various articles on this issue here and elsewhere that people have a moral obligation to begin offering some solutions on handling this new found information. Especially now that we are getting so much stronger evidence on the side of genetic influences on people’s intelligence and thus behaviors.

Or another might be: separate cities, counties etc., run totally by and for that group only (under supervision of course) with no other member of other groups allowed without permission…similar to Indian reservations…which do receive government funding and other services.

You probably know more about Singapore than I do but I think the IMCF CMIF ratio is more explained by reluctance of CM for IF. In the West, Most NE Asian men would easily “settle” for either White or NE Asian women, if only they weren’t out competed by White men . However, in the case of Indian women, most NE Asian men would not be attracted to the average Indian women but most Indian men would find the average CF acceptable.

You judge a President or PM by the people who elected them. For example, I was in Ontario when Mike Harris was premier and nobody liked him but the more right-wing Ontario folks who wanted to reduce “social assistance” and of course his US trading partners. The same could be said of Bush. You also have to factor in that Republicans are far less likely to be mobile or move overseas. So they really are indifferent to US standing or how other countries perceive America. Fundamentally, they vote against many of their own self interests but their core concern is taxes and gun control.

The first of course is due to their own earning power and the second is so they can defend themselves against Groid and Mestizo crime because unlike liberals they don’t live in zip codes where the police presence drives out the undesirables.

Well now we can at least tell you did not really understand the graphic you posted. Let’s lay this out in more detail. We are looking at three different quantities.

1. Total number of HIV cases in a country.
2. New HIV cases each year. This is the first derivative of 1.
3. The change in new HIV cases between 2010 and 2017. This is the second derivative of 1.

The only area where Africa is doing better than anyone else is in case 3. where it experienced a decline in new cases while E. Europe and Central Asia increased between 2010 and 2017.

Contrary to your assertion “notice that Eastern Europe and Central Asia are currently in worse shape than Africa in terms of new HIV infections”, sub-Saharan Africa had 1.17 million new cases of HIV in 2017 (370k + 800k) out of a total of 1.8 million worldwide. So almost double the rest of the world put together. Eastern Europe and Central Asia had 130k new cases in 2017 so a little bit more than 10% of those in SSA. Note that based on the graphic the SSA new cases were even higher in 2010.

Let’s reproduce the graphic here to make it easy to match what I am saying to it.

But the unwelcome truth your graphic shows is just how bad SSA still is in 2017 for the rate of new infections. Did you think nobody would notice that?

You are right. Those numbers are terrible and something needs to be done in those areas. I mean they are almost up to 5-10% of South Africa’s rate of 18.8% HIV prevalence 18-49 or 30-50% of Nigeria’s rate of 2.8%.
