Karthi back on the sets of Bakkiyaraj Kannan’s film
One of the many films that Karthi’s working on now is an yet-to-be-titled venture with Bakkiyaraj Kannan. The team had announced the film in March, and held its puja. Touted to be an action-comedy, the team had begun its shoot. And now, after a break of almost 50 days, Karthi has joined the set in Dindigul.

A source says, “After completing shoot for Lokesh Kanagaraj’s Kaithi, Karthi started work on Bakkiyaraj’s film, and after filming for a few days in Chennai, he joined the team of Jeethu Joseph’s film with Jyotika. That film was completed in a start-to-finish schedule and the actor is back on Bakkiyaraj’s set. The shoot is going on in Dindigul, and will continue for another two months. He will be joined by Raashmika Mandana, who’s playing the female lead.”


The movie, which also stars Napolean, Lal, Yogi Babu and Sathish, has music by Vivek-Mervin. While Ruben is handling the editing, Dhilip Subbarayan is choreographing the action sequences.
