Jean Doris Henderson Martin Lay, 90, passed away September 17, 2013, at Park West Medical Center.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles W. Martin; sister: Patricia McDonald, and sister- and brother-in-law, Helen and Floyd Shoemaker.
She is survived by her children: Chuck Martin and wife, Sharon, and Christopher Martin, all of Knoxville, Carla Martin of Washington, D.C., and Curtis Martin and wife, Wylie, of Atlanta, Ga.; seven grandchildren, sisters: Virginia Henderson, and Nancy MacDonald; cousin, Carolyn Meltzer; and many other relatives.
Funeral service was conducted September 21, in the chapel of Four Oaks Funeral Home of Oneida with Rev. Philip Kazee officiating. Interment followed at Carson Memorial Park.
Four Oaks Funeral Home of Oneida had charge of arrangements.
