Compton Community College District Announces Redistricting Committee Members
At the January 17, 2012 Board meeting, the Special Trustee for the Compton Community College District (CCCD) appointed five individuals to serve on the Redistricting Committee. The committee is an important part of the CCCD's overall redistricting process.
At the May 16, 2012 Board of Trustees Meeting, a Public Hearing was held. The Special Trustee adopted new Trustee Area Boundaries.

Landeros vs. Compton Community College District Settlement Agreement (PDF)
The settlement agreement between Compton Community College District and Joaquin Avila,
who was the attorney representing the plaintiffs in the Landeros vs. Compton Community
College District. This settlement agreement was approved by the prior Compton Community
College District Special Trustee on July 12, 2011.
Landeros vs. Compton Community College District Stipulation for Dismissal and Judgment

The Stipulation for Dismissal and Judgment is between Compton Community College District
and Joaquin Avila, who was the attorney representing the plaintiffs in the Landeros
vs. Compton Community College District. The Stipulation for Dismissal and Judgment
was entered into on March 31, 2012.

The Compton Community College District (CCCD) recently published its redistricting action plan as part of a public process to review and modify the elected trustee area boundaries.
