Following the announcement of bringing Adobe MAX to Europe, we have been looking forward to giving the creative community an opportunity to come together to learn, share ideas, get inspired and celebrate creativity in Lisbon.

Over the past few weeks, we have been closely monitoring and evaluating the situation around COVID-19 to ensure we are taking the necessary measures to protect the health and wellbeing of Adobe MAX Europe attendees, speakers, sponsors and collaborators. As a result, we have made the difficult but important decision to cancel the event.

  • As an Adobe MAX Europe registrant will I receive a refund?

    All Adobe MAX Europe registration purchases will be refunded to the original form of payment. We will issue a full refund for the pass or group package you purchased at the time of registration. If a credit card was used for payment, we will make an immediate refund. Refunds take 5 to 7 business days to post to your credit card. If your registration was paid by bank transfer, we will contact you directly to get your bank details so we can make payment back. A confirmation email and refund receipt will be emailed to you when we have completed the refund. If you have not received a refund email by 15 April, 2020, please contact adobemax@eventbooking.uk.com.

  • What will happen to my hotel reservation?

    If you have booked accommodation via Event Express, please contact Event Express directly on +44 (0) 1905 732 737 or email reservations@eventexpressuk.com to cancel your booking.

    If you booked a hotel reservation outside of Event Express, please contact your hotel directly.

  • Will Adobe provide reimbursement for airfare or hotel booked?

    No, Adobe will not provide reimbursement for airfare and/or hotels that were booked to attend Adobe MAX Europe. Many airlines and hotels are offering flexible refund options at this time due to the COVID-19 situation. Please contact your airline and hotel directly to review options.

  • Will Adobe MAX Europe be rescheduled to another date?

    At this moment in time, we do not have immediate plans of rescheduling for 2020. We encourage you to join the MAX Europe mailing list here to keep connected and be the first to receive future news around MAX Europe.

  • Will speakers still be able to share session content?

    We want to thank all Adobe MAX Europe speakers who have spent valuable time working on session content. We are in contact with all of them to evaluate opportunities to share their content with the community in the future.
