…So says Delegate Craig Rice The prospect of any other service taxes are not on the agenda in the waning hours of this legislative session. However, you can bet that Delegate Rice’s mentality will inform the 2009 session. I wonder if Delegate Rice will try to raise service taxes on his former employer, a major corprate citizen in the state.
