If you are not completely satisfied with your 3.0 subscription, you may ask for a refund as long as it's within 30 days of your start date. Just call us toll free at 1-866-867-6284 any time on Monday through Friday (9am to 5pm CST) and we'll take care of that for you.

If you would like to return any of our physical products—the 2.0 products—you must do that within 30 days of receipt (not purchase) AND they must be in resalable condition. Also, before returning a physical product, please call the number listed above to ask for an RMA code.
