Child of Eden PS3 dated

Move, 3D support confirmed

The PlayStation 3 version of Q Games’ Child of Eden will launch on September 27 in North America and on September 30 in Europe, Ubisoft has announced.

It’s compatible with the PlayStation Move controller and supports stereoscopic 3D. A new video released today sees Child of Eden director Tetsuya Mizugichi demonstrating the Move functionality.

“We’re so excited to be bringing the critically acclaimed Child of Eden experience to PS3 system,” said Tony Key, Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing for Ubisoft North America. “This is one of those special, rare games that belongs in every gamer’s library, and PlayStation Move integration, coupled with the ability to play in 3D makes for an even more unique experience on PS3.”

The Kinect-enabled Xbox 360 version of Child of Eden launched in June.
