American heirloom traditionally grown by the Hopi people. Plants grow to 180cm and produce 1 or 2 narrow cobs each. Cobs have blue kernels and grow to around 18cm long. Young cobs cooked and eaten like sweet corn, older cobs can be dried and ground into corn flour. Drought tolerant; excellent for dry conditions.
