‘Miracle on the Hudson’ survivors to return to waterfront to thank NJ emergency responders

U.S. Airways Flight 1549 passengers Dave Sanderson and Barry Leonard have organized and sponsored a thank you luncheon and press confrence to recognize emergency responders in Hudson County who played a vital role during the ‘Miracle on the Hudson.’
The press conference luncheon will be held on the outdoor patio of Palisades Medical Center on River Road in North Bergen. The patio is located directly on the Hudson River waterfront and less than one mile north of where the Flight 1549 made its water landing on Jan. 15, 2009.

• U.S. Coast Guard (NJ) representatives

The event is taking place from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
