Ajnad Al-Kavkaz military amir and veteran insurgent Khamza Shishani (alias Zelimkhan) is reported to have been killed yesterday or early this morning (3 March 2019) fighting alongside Ansar at-Tawhid against Syrian government troops in Hama governorate. Sources say that Khamza was fighting in this operation independently i.e. not with Ajnad, аnd it seems Ajnad was not participating in the operation. But news is still coming out.
Ajnad have not officially confirmed the death yet. But it’s being said unofficially & reported on social media too. So let’s wait and see.
