Robert Felix GRANBURY, Texas — It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved husband, father, grandfather, uncle and friend, Robert "Bob" Felix, on June 10, 2021. Bob was born in Plainfield, Vermont, in 1942. He served his country for four years in the United States Air Force. Bob studied architecture at the University of Minnesota, after which he became a designer and for the next 25+ years, Bob built custom homes in Tucson, Arizona. Bob moved to Seattle, Washington, in 1985 and spent 10 years researching and studying climate change history. He wrote two books on the subject: “Not by Fire but by Ice” and “Magnetic Reversals and Evolutionary Leaps.” It was his passion to maintain a website supporting his research. As a lifetime learner, he studied and became a hypnotherapist helping many people overcome phobias and compulsions. Those left to cherish his memory are his wife, Pattie; daughter Michele; stepdaughter Jodi; stepson Brad; granddaughter Ashley; brother-in-law Jim; sisters-in-law Vickie and Chris; and various treasured nieces and nephews. Bob was a loving, artistic, creative, intelligent and sensitive man with a great sense of humor who will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

Robert was a wonderful teacher and a great scientist. He knew years ago what many are just learning now. I wish he could have made it to Observer Ranch - he had agreed to be our very first special guest. I will miss our phone calls, and it's going to hurt a bit when people comment on the video we made together. Have a good journey.

Thank you for passing on this important news. I was very moved and inspired by Robert’s work. So sad to hear that his public contributions have come to an end. Am very grateful for his life and now further inspired to read that he was leading people through personal transformation processes. Godspeed Robert.

Robert was an amazing researcher, 'leaps' ahead of most in his understanding of cosmic cycles and terrestrial effects, whose work both popularized these ideas and set the stage for many researchers to come. He is a personal inspiration to me and, I know, so many others, and will be missed.

Thank you for everything Robert. My prayers are with you and your family.
