Gibson Les Paul Guitars

The Gibson Les Paul is a solid body electric guitar and was first sold in 1952. The Les Paul by Gibson was designed by Ted McCarty, working together with the popular guitarist Les Paul. It is one of the most popular and iconic Electric guitars in the world. Many legendary guitarists have given form to their own sound with this timeless instrument.

Les Paul guitars have a single cut solid body made of mahogany. The combination of the relatively heavy body and humbucking pickups make the characteristic sound with a lot of sustain. No other guitar sounds and plays like an original Les Paul.

The guitar makers Epiphone also make Les Paul guitars. The Les Paul guitars from Epiphone are very affordable, meaning that every guitarist can own an original Les Paul guitar. Below you will find a selection of the most popular Les Paul configurations from Gibson and Epiphone.

The Les Paul Standard is the cornerstone of the Gibson line of electric guitars. These fine guitars continue to set a new standard, against which all other guitars are measured. The Les Paul Studio models offer a lot of quality for an attractive price. By saving money on the luxury details, a more spartan guitar is created.

If you are looking for affordable quality, then you can choose one of the simpler Les Pauls from Gibson, or the Les Paul guitars from Epiphone. Guitars including the LPJ Les Paul are hand-made by craftsmen in America. These instruments are very simply fitted out, and are therefore very affordable.

You can also choose a Les Paul from Epiphone. These are mostly even lower in price, but are very well made. For those with a small budget, Epiphone also have discount models and Les Paul guitar packs.

The ultimate in electric guitars. Our Custom Shop of Gibsons wins over the hearts of guitarists worldwide. We have one of the largest collections of top class Les Paul guitars in Europe.
