MBABANE – Newly appointed Prime Minister Cleopas Sipho Dlamini is chairing his first Cabinet meeting this morning.
This is shortly after his swearing-in as a member of parliament, and as prime minister at Cabinet offices yesterday.
The PM, who will be in charge for the remainder of this term, was appointed following the demise of former PM Ambrose Mandvulo Dlamini who succumbed to COVID-19 related complications last year.
The new premier is yet to make an official address to the nation following his appointment by His Majesty King Mswati III on Friday at Ludzidzini Royal Residence.
