The Honor, Trust, Unity, Valor (known by its acronym H.T.U.V.) is a secret spy organization based in Washington, D.C..
History
H.T.U.V. was founded at an unknown time. In the past Lance Sterling was sent on a mission to Kyrgyzstan. Lance eliminated all of Killian group of terrorists. And Killian lost his left eye and arm. In present day Lance Sterling was sent on a mission to Japan to recover an attack drone Killian was buying an attack drone from Katsu Kimura. Joy Jenkins ordered Lance to stand down until backup came but Lance insisted on going in alone. Lance emerged from an aquarium behind them playing his own music soundtrack and engages in a fight with Killian. Killian scanned his face before Lance escaped his grip. Katsu Kimura‘s men surrounded Lance Sterling. Killian then left the building and got on a helicopter. Lance then defeated Kimura’s men then jumped through a helicopter and recovered the briefcase. When Lance returned to headquarters for debrief he visited Walter Beckett. He told Walter that he needed his weapons to do what he needed them to do when Walter said there was a better way he fired him. He then entered Joy’s office and started bragging about his adventures. Then Joy Jenkins asked him why the briefcase was empty. Marcy Kappel another H.T.U.V. agent claimed he stole the drone. She then entered the room with a group of foot soldiers and Eyes and Ears. When Lance Sterling pleaded innocent no one believed him and Marcy handcuffed him. Lance then triggered an E.M.P. When the power came back on two foot soldiers were handcuffed together and Marcy Kappel remarked how her targets always ran. Marcy then chased Lance Sterling threw the building as multiple agents watched in confusion. Lance then took his car to Walter Beckett‘s house and told him he needed to disappear. He then drank the serum used to turn him into a bird then went outside to his car Then Marcy and Eyes, Ears, and other H.T.U.V. agents showed up and investigated the house. Lance then leaves the parking lot as Marcy Kappel realizes they were behind them the entire time. They all embark on a car chase with Walter Beckett not wanting to hurt them and Lance Sterling wanted to blow them up and do multiple other things. Walter then uses an oil slick to throw Marcy and her agents of there track.

- Joy Jenkins: The leader of the organization.
- Lance Sterling: A field agent.
- Walter Beckett: An agent from the Gadget Department.
- Marcy Kappel: An agent from Internal Affairs.
- Eyes: An agent from the Specialist Department.
- Ears: Another agent from Specialist Department.
- Geraldine: A Security officer who make sure nobody unauthorized enters with weapons or with an intent to harm someone.
- Multiple Foot Soldiers: These are low-ranking men and women who carry guns and work all over the agency. Some work in Joy's office, others are security guards who work with Geraldine, and some for Marcy Kappel. Because they are low-ranking they basically answer to anyone with a higher rank then them.
