CARLTON and Collingwood will play in Perth this weekend, taking on Fremantle and West Coast respectively under fly-in, fly-out conditions and charter flights.
The West Australian sides have recently returned home after spending around three weeks in Melbourne due to the hard border the state has with the rest of the country.

Collingwood was due to host West Coast in Melbourne this weekend, but that game has been shifted to Mineral Resources Park, and both Victorian teams will have to abide by protocols approved by the Western Australian government and health officials.
It will mark the first time an interstate AFLW team will play in Western Australia this year.
All match-ups this weekend are as previously fixtured, but a number of changes to days and timeslots have been made.
The AFL has said this is due to previous fixture changes and ensuring adequate breaks between matches:
- Gold Coast v Geelong has moved from Sunday to Friday night, and will now be played at Metricon Stadium instead of Fankhauser Reserve
- Melbourne v GWS at Casey Fields has moved from Sunday to Saturday at 4:10pm AEDT
- St Kilda v Brisbane will be played on Sunday at 1:10pm instead of Friday night, with the location of Wilson Storage Trevor Barker Oval now finalised
- West Coast v Collingwood has moved from Saturday to Sunday at 12:10pm WST
- Richmond v North Melbourne will start an hour earlier than previously scheduled, at 2:10pm AEST on Saturday
- Fremantle v Carlton will also start an hour earlier than previously scheduled, at 3:10pm WST on Saturday
- Adelaide v Western Bulldogs will start two hours later than previously scheduled, at 4:40pm ACDT on Sunday
"Firstly, I’d like to acknowledge Fremantle and the West Coast Eagles for the role they’ve played in ensuring the season commenced and the season continues," AFL general manager competition management Laura Kane said.
"Fremantle is currently serving a quarantine period after returning to Perth following their game on Sunday while West Coast returned to Perth following their game last night after both teams spent time on the road in Victoria.
"The health and safety of everyone in the community remains paramount and the AFL, together with Fremantle, the West Coast Eagles and the travelling teams, have agreed to strict protocols as approved by the Western Australian Government.

"While the ongoing pandemic continues to impact and challenge our competition and our wider community, we want to thank every AFLW Club, players and the AFLPA, umpires, venues, governments, ticketing agents and all supporters for their understanding and commitment to the 2022 NAB AFL Women’s competition.
"The fixture remains a week-to-week proposition and the AFL will continue to work closely with respective state governments and health authorities on arrangements that both protects the health and safety of the community and allows us to progress the NAB AFLW season."
