Our location in Changwon was established in 1978 and became part of Volvo CE in 1998.
The plant is specialized in the production of crawler excavators, wheeled excavators and their components, as well as demolition equipment and pipelayers.
Changwon, which employs approximately 1,500 people, is the biggest excavator production site within the company. The site is also home to a Research & Development department.
A second Volvo CE location in Korea – and the Korean headquarters – is situated in Seoul.
