Miss International 2023 to be held in Shibuya, Tokyo in October

Metro Manila (CNN Philippines, April 1) — The Miss International 2023 pageant will again take place in Japan on Oct. 26, the pageant organization announced.

This year's edition will be held at the Yoyogi Gymnasium No. 2 in Shibuya, Tokyo.

The organization said it will be the "biggest and most exciting" edition of the prestigious beauty pageant.

Germany's Jasmin Selberg will crown her successor at the end of the event.

Binibining Pilipinas International 2022 Nicole Borromeo will aim for the country's seventh Miss International crown.

The last Miss International winner from the Philippines was Kylie Verzosa in 2016. The country almost bagged another crown in 2018 when Athisa Manalo won 1st runner-up.
